At Men Premium Watches by Argos, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every timepiece. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to submit a request using your order number and email address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original luxury packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
